- Thinking about a particular person that most individuals can’t get along with is also a great way to internalize things holistically. But note, the thoughts of that person shouldn’t have to be negative. The process should preferably put one’s self in that person’s shoe to elicit empathy.
There’s no right or wrong process of meditation. It only takes practice to calm the mind and reflect on things around.
